feat: contact us popup form
Adds a ContactDialog component that wraps a contact form in the existing Radix Dialog primitive. Triggered from a new "Contact" link in the navbar and a "Support" column in the footer.
Form includes name, email, optional subject, and message with inline validation, loading/success/error states, honeypot spam protection, and auto-close on success. Drop-in fetch comment marks where to wire a real backend.
